Can I get some opinions?

Ok, so I want to buy 2 condos in Costa Rica but don't know the area too well.  I went down with my Pops a few years ago for a 2 week intense excursion and absolutely loved the country.  Seriously.  I love Costa Rica.  The people were nothing but friendly and gregarious.  The food was superb.  The surf was wicked.   And the motto of life should be adapted everywhere: "Pura Vida!"

 So, if you're a Costa Rica condos expert...this is what I'm looking for:

1. Costa Rica Condo on the beach or view of the water with beach access.

2. I would like my condo to be near a gnarly surf break.  

3. In prime location to a good seafood joint that serves the juiciest lobster on the coast. 

And...that's pretty much it for now.
