Baltimore – home of the Orioles, former Super Bowl Champion Ravens and a pretty sweet, harbor.  Until recently, Baltimore wasn’t the most desirable place to live.  However, much has changed and developers are starting to realize this.  Condo developments have been going up all over the city.  Although sales of units are slower than expected, the overall demand is there and will be there in the coming years.  Baltimore condos are stylish, sleek and offer residents an array of amenities.  If you’re a buyer, now is the time to go into a project and get your choice floor plan and view.  I’m sure you can negotiate a gnarly discount and perhaps even get 1^st year HOA’s paid for.

Tons of colleges and business is located in Baltimore so if you’re thinking of an investment, you’ll be sure to have people continuing to come to Baltimore and enjoy everything the city has to offer.  Plus, you’re only a 40 minute drive from DC – not bad!

Some of us at NCO went to the Los Angeles Lakers Playoff Game last week and The King of Condos himself Donald Trump was there. It seems like this guy is everywhere these days. He has condo developments all over the world.  At NCO we represent his development in Jersey City called Trump Plaza Jersey City. We also will be bringing on his new project in Panama soon as well. I actually have a great Trump story to share with our readers. A former professor of mine at Emory University used to own a marketing company that worked on Trump's Atlantic City casinos. He once told our class the story of how he landed Trump's account.

Trump was interviewing over 20 agencies. Our professor cleared out every single desk and piece of office furniture in their office and put it all in storage. He then brought in multiple casino game tables and laid out carpet to match the carpet at Trump's largest casino at the time. He brought in an entire staff and created a working casino in the office. Trump took 5 steps into the office asked for the CEO, shook his hand and said, "Forget the pitch, you already won my business."  It was a multi-million dollar account and one of the best sales stories I have ever heard to this day.
