Scottsdale is a city that is often overshadowed by Phoenix when it comes to developing cities in Arizona, but as far as real estate development goes, it is going to put itself on the map in no time. Scottsdale has undergone some tremendous growth in the past year, and continues to add new projects to www.newcondosonline.com. Barolo Place and The Scottsdale Waterfront are two of the most heavily trafficked listings on the site, and checking out the amenities that these to communities offer is a clear indication as to why. The Waterfront can house up to 4,900 square feet for the right price and Barolo Place units begin in the hight 200s. Keep your eye out for more developments to be joining this city on www.newcondosonline.com in the near future, as new home buyers and investors begin to see some spectacular deals coming out of this area.

The Plaza Residences are sure to be a big hit in
I have a confession to make. I don’t like golf…at all! I think it’s boring to watch, play and quite frankly, I don’t even consider it a sport. I consider it a game. Why don’t I consider it a sport? Well, for one, you need to be in shape to play a sport. When I see overweight players walking around on the golf course…at the U.S. Open, mind you…I can’t have much respect for the “sport”. However, golf does have it’s followers and people who love the game. One of the great areas to play golf is Scottsdale, AZ. I have had many friends travel to this lovely area for a few days to play on some of the finer courses in the Southwest. If you read my last blog, you may know what I’m getting to. That’s right. Buy a condo in Scottsdale and rent it out! Golfing is not cheap. So, the people who usually play golf probably have some money to play with. See what I’m getting at? Good! There are plenty of great deals for Scottsdale condos such as X (Ten) Wine Lofts, Barolo Place, The Allison Scottsdale and many more!
