Downtown Phoenix: Portland 38 breaking ground

JAG Development is pleased to announce the groundbreaking on March 15th of their newest project in downtown Phoenix, Portland 38. Portland 38 is located at 725 E. Portland, just east of 7th Street, in the historic Garfield District.

Portland 38 was designed by award-winning architect, Michael Underhill. The 38 units will range from 1217 to 1550 square feet and provide and open, spacious and flexible design. Each unit features its own entrance, oversized one-car garage, and yard. Well-proportioned public spaces, including a swimming pool, poolside terrace, and barbeque area will create a close sense of community and help turn neighbors into friends. Nelson Phoenix LLC is performing the general contracting services on the project.
