International Condos- NCO Goes Global

We launched our International Section in late 2006 and it has been growing tremendously lately. We have amazing new projects all around the world including new condo developments in Mexico, Costa Rica, Belize, Panama, and more.  These properties are doing incredibly well on www.newcondosonline.com and it is amazing to see how many buyers are coming from the US for these new developments. Especially the properties in Mexico are getting a ton of leads, interest, and buyers from the states.  We also just signed Trump Panama this week so we are excited to bring that property to our user base. Sometimes, the financing can be tricky on buying an International condo, but the rewards usually seem to outweigh the risks. They make amazing second homes and with alot of the new projects being condo/hotels, they make a great investment play as well.
