After college, Brent spent a year working with Trammell Crow Company as a financial analyst within a commercial real estate services group. Brent left the company to join the United States Navy to become a Navy SEAL. During his time in the Navy Brent was involved in the planning and execution of many successful combat missions during deployments to Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom. He also completed numerous clandestine missions in Africa before separating from the Navy.After an honorable discharge from the U.S. Navy, Brent earned a masters degree in real estate from the University of San Diego. During the program, he was awarded the John Burnham Foundation Scholarship and he was inducted into the Alpha Sigma Gamma International Real Estate and Land Economics Honorary Society.Brandon was born in Philadelphia, PA and attended Emory University where he received his BBA in Finance. He also attended the London School of Economics. During college Brandon started two internet companies in the technology field. He began working as a business analyst for Deloitte Consulting in Atlanta, GA upon graduation.  Brandon worked on many impressive projects including consulting for companies such as Coca Cola and The Home Depot. Brandon became involved in real estate investing and moved to San Diego, CA where he attended The University of San Diego and earned his Masters in Real Estate. Brandon was inducted into the Alpha Gamma Sigma International Real Estate and Land Economics Honorary Society.

After meeting at the University of San Diego, Brent and Brandon joined forces to launch NewCondosOnline.com.  The founders raised an initial round of financing to launch the company with another Series A Round two years later. 

In its third year of operation, Brandon and Brent have led NewCondosOnline.com to produce revenues of over $3 million a year and become profitable. NewCondosOnline.com is now the largest and most visited new condo website in the country with over 1,200 clients around the globe.
