Weekday Condo, Weekend Home

DC real estate will always be a good investment.  Whether you're buying a single family home or a condo, the demand will remain strong.  Why?  Because DC will constantly have a constant flux of people.  Lawyers and Politicians roam the streets of DC daily and what better to do with a posh salary than buy a Washington DC condo.  I know many lawyers and polititions who have condos in DC for the weekdays and their estates in the suburbs on the weekends.  Sound a little too ritzy?  Well, 5 years ago, that notion would have been kind of far-fetched but now, with georgeous condos sprouting up all over the city, owning a studio or 1bedroom makes a lot of sense.  Just think about it, you work 12 hours a day, have a drink after work, and crash at your pad.  Then on Friday, go out to the suburbs - you know, Potomac area, and relax on your 2 acre piece of land.  Ahh - now that's the life!
